Privacy Policy & Terms of Service

1

At Karodimal Murti Wale, we treat your trust with the highest regard. Our policies are designed to ensure a transparent, safe, and reliable shopping experience for all our retail and wholesale partners.

2

Privacy & Data Security: We only collect essential information (such as your name, contact number, delivery address, and payment details) required to process your orders. Your data is strictly encrypted and never shared or sold to third-party marketing agencies.

3

Order & Bulk Booking Policy: Since our idols are seasonal (Diwali special) and custom-crafted with holy ingredients, bulk orders must be booked well in advance. We recommend placing wholesale orders early to ensure timely delivery before the festival rush.

4

Shipping & Handling: Sacred idols require extreme care. We use specialized, shock-absorbent packaging to ensure your Laxmi-Ganesh idols reach you safely without a single scratch.

5

Cancellation & Returns: Due to the sacred and delicate nature of these handmade idols, returns are generally not accepted unless the product arrives damaged. In case of transit damage, please contact our support team within 24 hours with opening photos/videos for a replacement or refund resolution.
